1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Easy Media website (easymedia.ro) and our partner portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Business-to-Business (B2B) Operations

Easy Media operates strictly as a Value-Added Distributor (VAD) within a two-tier channel model. Our services, software distribution, and technical support are intended exclusively for Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Value-Added Resellers (VARs), and IT Consultancies. We do not sell directly to end-consumers.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, layouts, and graphics on this website are the property of Easy Media SRL. The logos, product names, and trademarks of the software vendors we distribute (including but not limited to Google Cloud, Avast, AVG, and Emsisoft) are the property of their respective owners. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited.

4. Partner Obligations

When applying to become an authorized reseller partner via our website, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete organizational information. Partners must comply with all applicable local and international laws, as well as the specific licensing agreements and End User License Agreements (EULAs) established by the software vendors when reselling their products.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easy Media SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of your use of our website or the software solutions we distribute. Service availability and specific software performance guarantees are subject to the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) provided by the respective global vendors.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes or claims relating to these terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania.
